That project went so well that we subsequently engaged them to re-design and then build a complex application that allowed us to manage all our investigative files and related data. Since then, Dean and his team have built a mobile tool that our field investigators use across North America to not only collect the evidence that we require, often in out-of-the-way and rarely connected rural locations, but one that streamlined our information flow and enabled our investigators to remain safe when in isolated areas. One project has led to many others, all of which have increased our efficiency and expertise and thus grown our business. And, at the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about.
