5by5 are an amazing company who provided all the technical expertise for our District 5550 Rotary Conference in Saskatoon in early May 2023. We had a hybrid conference so the technology had to work at our conference site as well as deliver everything and receive questions/comments to the Rotarians who attended virtually. The program was a mixture of in person speakers, videos and movies. 5by5 provided incredible support getting it ready to roll and provided flawless technology to all throughout the conference. I do not have enough adjectives to describe the work pre and during the conference 5by5 provided. 5by5 you made the organizing committee look incredibly good – THANK YOU.

Over the past 10+ years, Dean Friesen and 5by5 have been integral in our IT strategies, including, but not limited to, the development of our regulatory database, websites, continuing education and conference registration software, etc. They are great at what they do, and I would suggest Dean to anyone looking for IT solutions within their organization. Another nice bonus is that they are local to Saskatoon, which we have found to be a great advantage in working cooperatively on projects.

We initially hired 5by5 in 2009 to help us re-design our website. That project went so well that we subsequently engaged them to re-design and then build a complex application that allowed us to manage all our investigative files and related data. Since then, Dean and his team have built a mobile tool that our field investigators use across North America to not only collect the evidence that we require, often in out-of-the-way and rarely connected rural locations, but one that streamlined our information flow and enabled our investigators to remain safe when in isolated areas. One project has led to many others, all of which have increased our efficiency and expertise and thus grown our business. And, at the end of the day, that's what it's all about. If you have any I.T. need, from simple "my frickin printer won't print" to "I need an encrypted method of flowing sensitive material to the legal team in real-time," then 5by5 is the only call you need to make.

I've had the opportunity to work with the 5by5 team on several occasions over the past decade. I've enlisted both their audio and digital services and the results have always been great service combined with a stellar finished product.

5by5 has brought our convention to the next level. Their confident staff tackle any situation with a professional and positive attitude. We simply could not hope for a better team.

I just wanted to say thank you very much to all of you and the crew for a fantastic weekend. It’s always so lovely to have such a stress-free event working with people who are friendly and so competent with their work. It really allows me to relax as the producer and just enjoy.
